transfer your
Pinnacle data with ease

The process of transferring data is always complicated. When it comes to patient data, it suddenly becomes even more complex. However, we can help ease this process – especially if you are about to transfer your Pinnacle data.

Let us introduce a new application that RaySearch has recently developed: RayMigrate.

What does RayMigrate do?

RayMigrate allows users to convert their Pinnacle patient data to RayStation format and/or to DICOM format.

In RayMigrate, a user points out the location of the data to be converted. The user has a choice of what individual patients migrate to a new location or migrate all data at once.

Who can use RayMigrate?

RayMigrate works with all RayStation versions from 11B SP3 and is released independently. The usage of RayMigrate is bound to a specified clinic using the same licensing mechanism as RayStation.

DATA CONVERSION TO...

RayStation

Data migrated to RayStation is converted to RayStation format and stored directly into a RayStation database which has been created for this purpose.

Consequently, the data can be immediately accessed in the clinical local installation of RayStation.

DICOM

Data migrated to DICOM format is converted to files:

  • CTImage
  • RTDose
  • RTStruct
  • RTPlan

These files are then stored either in a PACS or to a chosen file location.

STEP-BY-STEP MIGRATION PROCESS

After migration is done, review it

There is no need to leave RayMigrate to evaluate if your transfer occurred as expected. Review it directly in the application.

If there were any warnings or errors, you will be able to see them in the log files.
